This unique course is for students already working in or preparing for a leadership position. the course will equip you to appreicate and meet the challenges of leading a global team. It will also give you the knowledge and understanding you need to shape an organisation to function effectively and the ever-changing challenges of the global world. the optional module allows you to understand more deeply the context in which you work, be it global or regional.
This validated course can be studied over one year full-time or two years part-time. Those wishing to combine study with a work commitment can also choose our 'flexible learning mode'. This is similar to a distance learning format, with annual residential summer schools or four long weekends for the first two years at Redcliffe. You then complete your dissertation during the next two years.
